ONLY REGISTERED AND ACTIVATED CONNEX VISA® RELOADABLE CARDS CAN BE LOADED WITH ADDITIONAL FUNDS.

THE CARD NUMBER AND CVN FROM YOUR CONNEX VISA® RELOADABLE CARD ARE REQUIRED TO ORDER ANY ITEM.

If you do not have a registered and activated Connex Visa® reloadable card, you can order a Connex Visa® reloadable card in the Total Rewards catalog. Do not order a reload unless you have already registered and activated a Connex Visa® reloadable card.

Your card will be reloaded within 24/48 hours after redemption. Visit prepaidcardstatus.com to check your card balance.

Card Expiry:

Cards have a 48 month life at time of issuance to Cardholder.

Cards will expire according to the expiration date printed on the Connex Visa® reloadable card, regardless of the date of last reload.

After expiration, Connex Visa® reloadable cards are cancelled and subject to a Cancellation Fee equal to the remaining balance.
