What is Connex?

Connex is an exclusive program designed to reward partner teamwork within the Xerox community. The program offers reward points for sales of eligible Xerox products and for participating in various promotions within the quarter. You may review the eligible products by visiting the Sales Status page.

Xerox sales closed by you can accrue points in Connex. You can then redeem points for Connex e-gift cards or certificates and Connex Branded Visa Cards.

Who can join Connex?

Xerox distributors and their employees are eligible to join Connex.

Please review the Program Rules for complete eligibility restrictions.

What are the benefits of joining Connex?

The Connex catalog includes Connex e-gift cards or certificates and Connex Branded Visa Cards. The new rewards structure is designed to increase your company's Xerox sales. 

By participating in the quarterly promotions you will receive reward points, which can thenbe redeemed for any of the items of the catalog.

How can I view my account activity and point balance?

You can view the Detailed Account Summary for a record of company's account activity.

How do I update my contact information?

You can update your shipping address by visiting the Profile page.

When redeeming a reward you will have the option to ship to an alternate address. Please note that rewards must be delivered to an address within the country identified on your Xerox Partner Account.

How do I contact the Connex support team?

Please feel free to contact the Connex support team at any time through the Contact Us section of the site. At this time the Connex support team offers assistance in English and Spanish.

When contacting us about a redemption, please have your order number available. The order number is found in your Detailed Account Statement and the confirmation email you received when placing the order.

When should I expect a response from customer support?

Most support inquiries are answered within 24 hours, but depending on your specific question it may take up to 72 hours for us to respond.

What are reward points?

Reward points are awarded for sales of eligible Xerox product and are redeemable for rewards from the Rewards Catalog.

How to earn reward points?

Points are accumulated for sales of eligible Xerox products and for participating in various promotions within the quarter. You will need to reach a pre-define sales quota in order to earn 100% of the reward points. Please visit the Program Rules, section 15 for complete rules.

Are all Xerox sales eligible for points?

Only Xerox sales that meet promotions requirements of the current quarter are eligible for points. Visit the Connex website page, click on Eligible Products for a review of all eligible products.

When can I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points at any time in our online catalog.

Visit the catalog to search the items of your choice. Add items to the wish list to save them for a future order or move them to the shopping cart and checkout immediately.

Do reward points expire?

Yes, all points will expire at the end of the first quarter in the year following the year in which the points were earned. Points earned in 2013 will expire on March 31, 2014.You can check the Detail Account Statement to view point expiration dates.

Do I have to pay shipping and handling costs for my order?

No, Connex participants will never pay shipping or handling costs for orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on the item(s) ordered and the delivery location. Items in stock are generally received within two to four weeks; however delivery may take up to six weeks.

If you have not received your order within six weeks, please Contact Us for assistance. Be sure to include your order number, which can be found in your Detailed Account Statement.

What should I do if I have a problem with my reward?

If you experience any problems with your reward, please Contact Us. Report your problem in detail and our customer support team will be glad to assist you.

Can I transfer points to another Connex account?

No, you cannot transfer points to another account.

Do we have to pay taxes on Connex prizes?

Yes. You are responsible for the filing and payment of any and all taxes, duty, national insurance and/or licenses or other fees that may apply to such prizes, winnings or rewards.
